- Building the practice's EHR and leading integrations with external vendors — Stedi for claims and eligibility, DoseSpot for e-prescribing — working directly with their engineering teams to ship into production.
- Built the reliability layer — deterministic routing, confidence checks, human-handoff escalation — that keeps responses safe in a clinical setting.
